Welcome to the September edition of the OrangeLine ONLINE! This monthly newsletter is to keep you abreast of activities at and about West Virginia Wesleyan College, your "Home Among the Hills.” In each edition, you will find articles about students, faculty, and staff as well as student organizations, activities and athletic team successes. You will also find a link to Class Notes to help you keep up with classmates, as well as information on alumni events in your area.

College is many things. It is enlightening your mind to the world and what it has to offer…studying the past to understand the future…investigating and testing your knowledge through laboratory experiences. However, beyond these very important aspects of higher education, Wesleyan offers an experience that provides students with much more. Wesleyan offers the opportunity to build lasting friendships in a close-knit setting and helps students understand the importance of community; a community to which all of you remain a part of no matter where your life experiences have taken you.
