This picture was a photo from my freshmen year of 1998-1999.I am in it - far right bottom row.  I know Gera Jocum was in it, too. This was Dr. Williams and Dr. Sullivan's trip (science and education combined) J-term class.

I believe that the girl with the short blonde hair on the front row, far right, with her hands on her knees is Anne Thornton.  She was a Bonner Scholar.

The photo on the “Wesleyan Memories” section of the Orange Line is from a trip to Costa Rica in J-Term, 1999, sponsored by Jeanne Sullivan and Tom Williams—the course was on tropical ecology.  The photo was taken with the volcano, Arenal, in the background.  I have a travel voucher for airline tickets that includes the following students:
Nathaniel Denton, Janelle Desrosiers, Erin Donovan, Eric Fiori, Patrick Hurley, Linsey Hurst, Gera Jocum, Charles Linicome, Alicia McLaughlin, Daniel Overmeyer, Troy Painter, Etienne Reys,Megan Shriver, Angela Sleeth, and Anne Thornton.
I can identify several of the students, but can’t place names on them all—it has been too long.  Jeanne will probably remember more than I can.
