"A Wesleyan Trivia "

It is time for “Wesleyan Trivia,” again. Special thanks to everyone for submitting their answers last week…keep them coming.

This month, the two trivia questions are:

1. The Library now has one of the most extensive collections of books from which war?

2. This Wesleyan alumnus is the former premier of a foreign nation. Who is the alum and what country?

Also, we had a submitted question from alumnus Bruce Ennis ’66.

I have been asking myself this question and can not come up with the answer. During the spring of 1960, the presidential primary in West Virginia was pivotal in the campaign of John F. Kennedy. I remember that during that campaign, I attended a lecture given in Atkinson Chapel (now Atkinson Auditorium) by a Kennedy family member, but do not remember if it was given by either Robert Kennedy or Ted Kennedy, or perhaps both. This would have been in April or early May of 1960.
