Wesleyan Phonathon

What is the Phonathon?

The Phonathon is operated by the Advancement and Alumni Office as a way for our current students to reach out to alumni. Students are hired each year to serve as ambassadors to update alumni about what is happening on campus and to encourage support for the Annual Fund. Phonathon operates during the months of August, September and October in fall and February and March in the spring. If you are on the receiving end of a call from Wesleyan, we hope that you'll answer and tell the students about your experience.

Is the phonathon successful?

The phonathon is a very efficient and effective tool. During fall 2007, our callers raised over $78,000 through the phonathon from over 881 alumni, friends and parents in support of the Annual Fund.

What is the Annual Fund?

The Annual Fund provides immediate resources for the college. Dollars raised directly benefit the students and positively helps all areas on campus.
