Via I-79: Follow I-79 north or south to the Meadowbrook Exit (#121) near Birdgeport, WV. Turn onto Rt. 24 West and travel for two miles to the Pete Dye Golf Club. Entrance is on the left.

From Washington, DC: Take I-270 to I-70 W to I-68 W at Hancock. Follow I-68 W to Morgantown where you'll take I-79 S to the Meadowbrook Exit (#121) near Bridgeport, WV. Turn onto Rt. 24 West and travel for two miles to the Pete Dye Golf Club. Entrance is on the left. (Approximately 279 miles)

The Clarksburg / Bridgeport Benedum Airport is conveniently located within a ten-minute drive from the Pete Dye Golf Club. USAir Express Flights from Pittsburgh International Airport and Washington National Airport are scheduled daily.

 
   


 
Tournament Format
Schedule
(We will attempt to stay on this schedule as closely as possible)
 
 
  • Each foursome will be assigned a hole to start from using a shotgun format at 12:00 noon

  • Foursomes may be all ladies, all men, or mixed

  • Four golfers wishing to be a foursome should indicate on entry form

  • Four-person shamble format

  • Team scores will be determined by 20% of combined team handicap

  • Awards will be selected from the following:
    • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Teams
    • Closest to the pin on four selected holes
    • A hole-in-one to win a car will be offered on one of the par 3's
    • Longest putt
    • Longest drive
    • Door Prizes

All members and guests are required to be dressed in appropriate golf attire. Proper length shorts are permitted. Blue jeans, jogging attire, tank tops, t-shirts, and halter-tops are not permitted. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Metal spikes are not permitted at the Pete Dye Golf Club. Only alternative spikes or soft spikes are permitted. This policy will be strictly enforced.
