All rates are listed per semester
Residence hall students must select a meal plan, which is included in the total cost for room and board.
$3,755 for a Double Room
$3,810 for a Double Deluxe
$4,005 for a Non-Preferred Single Room
$4,405 for a Preferred Single Room
$4,635 for a Double as a Single Room
$4,635 for a 2-room Suite
$4,005 for a 3-room Suite
$4,850 for Fleming Hall
$4,850 for New Hall
Student Apartments
$2,460 for a Camden Apartment (no meal plan included)
Residents living in the student apartments are billed per semester for their housing costs, which include all utilities as well as basic cable television. They are not required to select a meal plan, but may choose to do so if they wish to eat regularly on campus ($1,835/semester)

-19 Meals per week & $120 Cat's Claw Dollars per year
