Endows Scholarship at West Virginia Wesleyan College released: 12/19/01 |

Griffith, Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
and CEO of St. Joseph's Hospital, recently presented a $10,000 check to
West Virginia Wesleyan College President William R. Haden to establish an
endowed scholarship at Wesleyan. The scholarship is designed to provide
financial assistance for Upshur County residents who attend Wesleyan. "The College is immensely grateful to our community partner, St. Joseph's Hospital, for this generous support of educational opportunities for Upshur County residents," said President Haden. This significant contribution by St. Joseph's Hospital is in support of West Virginia Wesleyan College's current capital campaign, The Heart of West Virginia Wesleyan College: Enduring Values ... Transforming Lives. |
