Proceeds from the events held at West Virginia Wesleyan College in conjunction with V-Day, a worldwide movement to stop violence against women and girls, were donated to Women's Aid in Crisis, Inc. in Elkins, WV. Events included button and candy sales, as well as a presentation of Eve Ensler's The Vagina Monologues.

Women's Aid in Crisis, Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation that provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in a six county area. Barbara Burgess-Lefebvre, Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts and Director of Theater as West Virginia Wesleyan College, presented Prisilla Peggs of WAIC, Inc. with the donation, totaling $1734.
