Model International Criminal Court - Trial Notice
released: 04/20/05

West Virginia Wesleyan Model International Criminal Court

To all whom receive this notice, Greetings:

On behalf of the West Virginia Wesleyan Model International Criminal Court, your presence is welcome at the Moot Trial of the Sovereign Nation of Sudan, represented by President Lieutenant General Umar Hassan Ahmad al-Bashir (a.k.a. Keith Burgman), who, in accordance with the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, is accused of crimes committed against the peoples of Sudan, namely:

Displacement, a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.

Murder, a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY

Attack on civilians, a CRIME OF AGGRESSION

Rape and sexual violence, a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY

The trial shall convene promptly at six-thirty on the evening of April Twenty-First, in the year of our Lord, two thousand and five, in the Benedum Campus Center Social Hall.
