West Virginia Wesleyan College’s own Campus Activity Board (CAB) will be hosting a Battle of the Bands Friday, April 21, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Benedum Campus Center plaza.

This event will showcase the best ten bands Wesleyan and the surrounding communities have to offer.  The grand prize is $250. Applications will be accepted through Wednesday, April 12 and must include a demo CD with a track list (only up to one half of songs listed on demo CD will be title songs).  Submissions should be brought to the CAB office in the campus center or mailed to Attn: Alisa Lively, 59 College Ave. Buckhannon, WV 26201. Late submissions will not be accepted. 

A dinner will be provided by Aladdin in front of the Benedum Campus Center during the competition and the event will include free novelty items. All information, including the rules and regulations, as well as the application can be found at www.wvwc.edu/cab.
