David Pennington Named Partner of Wagenfeld Levine's Philadelphia Office

David Pennington of Bensalem, PA, a 1979 West Virginia Wesleyan graduate, recently was named a partner at the Philadelphia law firm Wagenfeld Levine.

Pennington has been a sole practitioner in Valley Forge, PA, since 2001 focusing on workers' compensation litigation. Prior to that, he was with Swartz, Campbell & Detweiler in Philadelphia (1984-2001) as a partner.

From 1982 to 1984, he worked at the United States Department. of Labor, Regional Solicitor's Office, Philadelphia, Pa., as staff counsel, mostly working on litigation of Federal black lung cases.

Pennington received his J.D. from Villanova in 1982 and received his B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1979 majoring in speech and communication. He is a member of the American Bar Association; Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Association (Workers' Compensation Section) and Philadelphia Workers' Compensation Claims Association.
