Senior Justin Rozich was recently named to the American Baseball Coaches Association's NCAA Division II All-North Atlantic Region second team.

The Wesleyan second baseman batted for an impressive .378 average (54-for-143) which placed him fourth on the Bobcat team. The Elkins native led the club in at-bats and runs-batted-in (42) and finished in a tie for the team lead with 40 runs scored. He was second on the team in hits (54), home runs (six), slugging percentage (.622), and on-base percentage (.430).

Rozich’s terrific senior season vaulted him into the Bobcats’ record books in seven different categories. He collected 13 triples during his four years, putting him second all-time in Wesleyan history. He finished his career tied for sixth in runs scored (114), seventh in hits (171) and RBI (118), eighth in doubles (29) and home runs (17), and ninth in at-bats (441).

The Bobcats finished the season with an 18-25-1 record overall and a 9-11-1 mark in the West Virginia Conference.
