1. FOR CLASS ROSTERS

• For instructors to receive a list of the students in their class, send an email request to their class listserve.

If the class is Education 101 section 01, then: educ10101-request@academ.wvwc.edu

Be Sure that you are using the new course codes that correspond with the Datatel system. For example, laboratories now carry an “L” in the course code.

NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO SPACES IN THE USERNAME, just the 8 digit registrar code

· IN THE BODY OF THE MESSAGE TYPE ONLY ONE WORD: review

2. TO POST A MESSAGE TO THE LIST

All students and the instructor for each course are members of their course listserve. For the Education class 101, section 01,
