Conference Registration

Every person that will attend EOW, whether it be faculty, staff, student or representative of an organization, must register their information using the links to registration forms below!

Please read the information below regarding registration terms and conditions

before payment and registration.

Registration Fees and Conditions:

Registration fees include all the following:

• Conference sessions, activities and workshops
• Materials for sessions, activities and workshops
• 4 meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast)

All registration materials (confirmation, parking information and driving directions) will be mailed electronically at least 1 week prior to the conference, but can also be found on our site.

Registration Deadlines:

• Early Registration Deadline: October 8, 2008
• Final Deadline: October 17, 2008
• Workshop Submission Deadline: October 17, 2008

Group Discounts:

For every 5 students from your school who register for the conference, the 6th person is free! To be eligible for this discount, there must be one payment made for all attendees either by check or purchase order.

Terms and Conditions:

• Conference attendees do not need to submit payment when completing the registration form below. However, we do request payment before the conference begins. If your school is processing your registration payment and you will not be able to pay before arrival, you must contact Evey Hepinger, hepinger_be@wvwc.edu, to explain the situation.
• Refunds will be available until October 17, 2008. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to Evey Hepinger, hepinger_be@wvwc.edu. No registration refunds will be made after October 17, 2008. This means that any registered group or individual is fully responsible for the registration fees, even if one or more people do not attend.
• Wheelchair accommodations and other services are available with advance notice.
• Securing Valuables : West Virginia Wesleyan College is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during your stay. Small lockers will be available on campus for participants to secure valuable items. Please bring your own padlock for the use of these lockers. Thank you!

Registration Rates:

• Regular Rate: For students, faculty and staff. (See table above for pricing.) Includes all events and activities from Friday evening to Sunday morning, and meals from Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast.
• Organizational Fair Table/Workshop Rate: For participants hosting a table or presenting a workshop. Includes all events and activities from Friday evening to Sunday morning, and meals from Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast.

**Reminder for Wesleyan students: Wesleyan students who sign up to host a student from another school during the conference receive FREE admission to the conference. To be considered for this option, interested Wesleyan students must register using the "Register and pay by check." option. This option will direct students to a blank registration form. Once we are notified of your registration, we will then contact each participating student with more information.

**Reminder for participants paying by check: We do request payment before the conference begins. We ask that you first register using our online form, then send payment afterwards as soon as possible to ensure a proper transaction before your arrival. If your school/organization is processing your registration payment and you will not be able to pay before or at arrival, please contact Evey Hepinger (hepinger_be@wvwc.edu) to explain the situation.
