Test Lab Coordinator Posted: 3/8/2010 West Virginia Wesleyan College is accepting applications for a part-time, ten-month, 5 hour per day position of Test Lab Coordinator in the Learning Center. The position begins in early August and runs through the second week of June, each academic year.
Responsibilities include organizing, supervising, and monitoring activity in the Learning Center Test Lab which delivers services to students with diagnosed learning disabilities. Experience in office management is essential. Candidates should possess strong ethical decision making, organizational, and interpersonal skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Completion of college level classes is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Administrative Assistant - Department of Nursing Posted: 3/4/2010 West Virginia Wesleyan College is accepting applications for a full-time, 12-month, Administrative Assistant for the Department of Nursing. The position is primarily responsible for applying professional administrative assistant and clerical expertise, exercising initiative and proficient organizational skills, to perform a wide variety of support to the department chairperson, faculty and students.
An Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and two years of experience as an administrative assistant or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required. The successful candidate must have excellent customer relations, oral and written communication, and organizational skills; the ability to work well with other people; and computer proficiency.
