Enter information below to reserve Audio Visual resources. Please use the date format MM/DD/YY in the date needed field. If the building which you require is not in the list, or you have any extra information you think may be appropriate, it can be added in the comments area. Please remember that requests for services during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests for services after-hours or during the week-end need to be made at leat 72 hours in advance of the event time. Due to limited staff and equipment availability, the A-V Department cannot guarantee services if enough advance notice is not given.
