Donations to Friends of Athletics are used for the department’s greatest need and benefit all student athletes.  Contributions may also be designated to one or more individual sports and are used to provide financial resources for expenses that are in addition to the athletic budget.  Individual sports “friends” accounts are administered by each sport’s respective coach.  Gifts can also be made to athletic scholarship funds such as the Hank Ellis Scholarship, the James K. “Johnny” Myers, the Ross Scholarship, the Sam Ross Scholarship and other athletic scholarship funds.
