Upshur Arts Alliance Wants to Know What Interests Residents
Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012
The Upshur Arts Alliance is gathering input from area residents about what arts and cultural activities in which they are interested in an effort to update its community arts needs assessment. Community members may complete an online or paper survey, which was developed by West Virginia Wesleyan business student interns.
Wesleyan interns Jesse Robertson and Travis Durbin are working with School of Business Director, Dr. Susan Aloi, to update the community arts needs assessment. They have designed a quick and easy survey, and residents can share ideas by visiting: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/UpshurArtsAllianceQuestionnaire.
A paper copy of the survey is also available by contacting Aloi at firstname.lastname@example.org or 304-473-8580.
For 30 years, the Upshur Arts Alliance has promoted the educational, artistic, and cultural lives of local residents. The Upshur Arts Alliance serves as a fundraising resource and supportive agency for organizations and individuals who positively influence the cultural climate of the community. Several local groups, including the Buckhannon Choral Society, August Youth Ballet, and Buckhannon Community Theatre, are regular recipients of financial assistance from the Upshur Arts Alliance.
