Two Wesleyan Students Receive Scholarships

West Virginia Wesleyan College students nabbed two more scholarships at the 2013 Teaming to Win Conference, held in Morgantown, WV.  Kayla Hinkley of Hurricane, WV, and Felicia Goldizen of Petersburg, WV, were the recipients of a $1,000 business scholarship.

Eligible students must be a rising sophomore or junior who are pursuing a degree in business administration.  A minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated leadership potential is required, as well as an application, transcript, essay, and outside evaluations.

The Robert H. Mollohan Family Charitable Foundation administers this scholarship on behalf of Teaming to Win, Inc.  Teaming to Win, Inc.’s purpose is to provide business support conferences, educational activities, promotional forums, networking resources, workforce, and business growth opportunities.  The organization’s charitable purpose is to advance and improve small business prospects in West Virginia and to facilitate educational opportunities which promote higher business standards, methods, and practices.
