Concert Chorale and Concentus Vocum to Present A Capella Concert

The West Virginia Wesleyan College’s Concert Chorale and Concentus Vocum will present a concert on Sunday, November 17 at 3 p.m. in Wesley Chapel on the College’s Buckhannon campus.  The concert will feature works in a wide variety of styles, languages, and musical periods to represent the “a capella” repertoire.

The concert, conducted by Dr. R. Daniel Hughes, will feature selections by Palestrina, Byrd, Monteverdi, Mozart, Mendelssohn, and more, coming together to create a compendium of works moving from the distant past through modern day popular culture.
