West Virginia Wesleyan Budget Payment Plan
Terms and Conditions

At West Virginia Wesleyan we understand that paying for a college education is a large investment for you and your family. However, by using our Budget Payment Plan you can defer the cost of tuition and distribute your payments over a 10-month period.

In order to serve you better, West Virginia Wesleyan has implemented the Budget Payment Plan, an interest-free monthly payment option. For an annual, non-refundable fee, you can participate in this program.

Budget Payment Plan Enrollment Fee

Less than $1000.00


Greater than or equal to $1000.00


If your total included in the Payment Plan for the 10 months is greater than or equal to $1000.00, your annual fee will be $100.00. If you are including less than $1000.00 over the 10-month period, your annual fee will be $25.00. If you are graduating mid-year and enrolling for only one semester, your fee is $50.00.

If you choose to enroll in a Budget Payment Plan, you must submit the online enrollment form and make the first monthly payment including the enrollment fee before August 1st. When you submit the online enrollment, the Budget Payment Plan Enrollment Fee will appear on the student’s Statement of Account. The enrollment fee can be removed if the student decides not to participate in the Budget Payment Plan by August 1st, but only if the first monthly payment has not been made. The request to remove the Budget Payment Plan Enrollment Fee must be emailed to nichols_k@wvwc.edu.  

If your first payment on the Budget Payment Plan is returned by the bank for any reason, the Payment Plan will be cancelled and full payment for the semester will be due within 7 days. Also, if your payment plan is cancelled during the fall semester for non-payment, the payment plan will not be an option during the spring semester.
