The WVWC Helpdesk utilizes TeamViewer 5 for remote support access. You can download and install the application from the link below. Running this application will allow our technician to connect to your computer and remotely control your system during a single session. The software is not permanently installed. You should only download and intall this software as directed through a telephone conversation with our support staff.
