Faculty members may print and complete the instructor's referral form for any student who shows deficiencies in any part of the writing process as demonstrated in course writing assignments. Copies of the form should be returned to the student and the Writing Center. Instructors should keep a copy for their own files.

Please Note: The Center will not notify the student for an appointment. However, when the student does visit, the Center will send a copy of the session report to the instructor if requested.
