Account Payment
The Business Office gladly accepts:
-Cash
-Checks
-Money Orders
-Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
*Please contact the Business Office for routing numbers if you want to wire money to us directly from your bank account.
Payment Due Dates
Fall / spring
The payment for summer term is due on the day of registration.
About Student Account Statements
Statements are mailed to campus and home addresses during the academic year. There is also a statement that is mailed to home addresses in July for the fall semester.
Payment Plans
If it is not possible for the bill to be paid in full by the due date, there are two other options. One is a monthly payment plan. This payment plan is based on 10 payments for a full year, or five (5) payments for fall semester or four payments for spring semester. The enrollment fee depends on the length of the plan. Contact the Business Office for further information on monthly payment plans. (Prior balances will not be included in a payment plan). You may not enroll in the payment plan after the due date for the first payment. The other option is to acquire a loan. Our Office of Financial Aid will be happy to work with families to see what loans are available for students.
**Note regarding payment plans:
If the check was written to clear the account for registration and is returned by the bank for any reason, the payment plan will be cancelled and the full balance on the account will be due within seven (7) days.
Returned Checks
If a check is returned from the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF) or any other reason, the student's account will be billed the amount of the check plus a $30 return check charge. If two checks are returned from the same account, we will no longer cash checks from that account. **Note: If the check was used to pay for registration, the student will have seven (7) days to pay the amount of the check and fee or the registration will no longer be valid and the student will be withdrawn from school.
