Admission Requirements

Application for admission to the MBA program is invited from qualified applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, regardless of undergraduate major.  Applicants should complete the application form and return it to the Graduate Admissions Office, West Virginia Wesleyan College, 59 College Avenue, Buckhannon, WV 26201.  The following items must also be included for a complete application package:

  1. A current resume showing relevant work or other experience
  2. Two completed recommendations forms or letters; preferably, one from an employer and one from a professor)
  3. Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work
  4. For applicants with less than a 3.0 undergraduate GPA, an official report of the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) (score of at least 400 required for consideration)
  5. If you are a non-native English-speaking international student, you must also provide an official report of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

The MBA Admission Committee reviews application on an ongoing basis; there are no set application deadlines. However, we recommend that you allow at least two weeks for application processing and review.
