Dr. Aloi is the Director of the School of Business and has served as a faculty member at Wesleyan since May 2007. Dr. Aloi holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from West Virginia University and an MBA and BS in Management and Economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Her research interests include strategic planning, assessment, and the scholarship of teaching and learning. Dr. Aloi has lectured in the undergraduate and MBA programs since 1999 and has taught a variety of marketing, management, and special topic courses. Dr. Aloi is a Planning Institute faculty member for the Society for College & University Planning and a Teagle Assessment Scholar with the Center of Inquiry in the Liberal Arts.

Dr. Tracie Dodson

Dr. Dodson holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. Her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering is from Wheeling Jesuit University. Dr. Dodson’s research interests include business systems analysis, project management, program evaluation, and assessment. Dr. Dodson has taught at Wesleyan since Autumn 2008, teaches courses in management, organizational behavior, leadership, and information management systems, and is the faculty advisor for Enactus.

Dr. Rebecca Swisher

A Certified Public Accountant, Dr. Swisher holds both a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting from West Virginia University and her doctorate from Northcentral University. Dr. Swisher served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Glenville State College, and has experience in private, public, and government accounting.

Professor Sharp is completing her doctorate in Economics at West Virginia University. Professor Sharp has been teaching at Wesleyan since Autumn 2006. Her research interests include sport and public economics.

Dr. Keating received a Ph.D. and M.A. in philosophy from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan College, and a B.A. from The College of William and Mary. Keating has more than twenty-five years of teaching experience. He teaches ethics courses in Wesleyan’s MBA Program.

Professor McCauley received his BA in Political Science and History as well as his JD degree from West Virginia University. He has taught business law courses at Wesleyan since Autumn 1983, serves as the college’s internal legal counsel and is former legal counsel for the City of Buckhannon. In addition to teaching courses in the School of Business, Mr. McCauley also teaches constitutional law for the Political Science program.

Dr. Hamid Shaafi

Dr. Shaafi received a Ph.D. from Syracuse University, an MPA from the University of Tehran, and completed post-doctoral work at the University of South Florida. He holds CMA and CFM licensure and is a member of the Financial Association International and the Institute of Management Accountants. Dr. Shaafi has taught accounting and finance courses at Wesleyan since Autumn 1990.

Dr. Tuan Le

Dr. Le has taught economics and finance at the Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and at Washington & Jefferson College in PA. Dr. Le teaches a variety of topics in economics. His research interests include asset pricing, financial institutions, and international aspects of economics.
