New Student Course Registration

At West Virginia Wesleyan, every process is personal. Advising and new student course selection has always been individual and purposeful. Every student is completely different—so we don’t believe in giving everyone a cookie-cutter schedule. You may have arts or sports conflicts or College courses you have already taken. You might be (or definitely not be) a morning person. You may not know your major yet but have some subjects that interest you. Our faculty members and advisors will work with each student to ensure we have put together a schedule that is custom-tailored for your success.

Our online process will be no different than an in-person process. Your Course Preference responses will be paired to an advisor selected just for you with unique knowledge in your area of study. You will get an individually selected schedule and feedback from your advisor. Need help preparing the form? Your admissions counselor will be available via text or email at any time to guide you through selection. We are committed to going the extra mile to ensure your success no matter the challenges.

Our faculty advisors are ready to create a custom schedule just for you. Complete the Course Preference Form by clicking the button below.

Next Step Information Modules
Here you will find three information modules that will guide you through the next steps you will need to complete leading into Orientation in August. These modules will cover topics such as health forms, insurance, ordering text books, username and passwords and several other items. At the conclusion of the third module you will be asked to submit a brief quiz about the information reviewed. Other information about Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and WVWC:
With an abundance of care for our Campus Community, Faculty, Staff, and Students, we did move courses for current students to an online format and most students returned home. This in no way affects any current programs, scholarship offerings, or processes for incoming students. We are allowing campus visitations for as long as it is safe and reasonable to do so and the campus remains open. Whether working on-campus or from home, your admissions counselor is always available to you.  We will respond to texts and emails within 24 hours and are here to assist through the process electronically as we all manage this situation together. You can also keep up with WVWC content through our social media channels and on our website.
