Senior & Family Giving
Each year, Wesleyan’s graduating students follow the long-time tradition of presenting a Senior Class Gift to the College for a specified project or program. Students, family members, friends, trustees, alumni, faculty, staff, and administration generously give to the Senior Class Gift Program.
Wesleyan thrives only through the commitment of our alumni and friends. We need all alumni to stay involved in the life of the College through attendance at alumni dinners, arts and athletic events, and Homecoming, through admission referrals, through internship and job placements, and through financial giving each year.
Our Alumni Participation Rate is based on the number of alumni who make a financial contribution to Wesleyan each year. At a minimum, we need more than 2,760 alumni to give annually. Any gift from $1 to $1,000 or more counts toward our Alumni Participation Rate. This statistic is critical to Wesleyan’s ranking in national admission publications and in our ability to attract funding from foundations and corporations. Your participation does make a difference!
The Class of 2018 is current raising funds with the Buy a Brick Project that will help fund their class gift. The bricks will be used to repave the walkway behind Loar Hall. They will be 4″ x 8″ and $40 each. You may purchase as many bricks as you’d like. Each brick can accommodate four lines with 21 characters per line. Messages must be deemed appropriate by the Class Officers. Download the form here to support the Buy a Brick Program.
You may also make your gift today In Honor of or In Memory of a graduating student or any special person in your life. You may wish to honor a family member, friend, roommate, favorite faculty or staff person, and so on. Simply complete and return the appropriate form, or give online and designate your gift for the Class of 2018 Gift Program.
We are deeply grateful for your support of West Virginia Wesleyan College!
