ENGAGE Conference

The ENGAGE Conference of Leadership for Change at West Virginia Wesleyan College on February 17, 2018 is geared toward high school and college students who are passionate about developing their leadership skills to affect positive social change in their communities.  We welcome all high school and college students, higher education personnel, nonprofit practitioners, and any community members who might be interested in learning more.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Find Your Place.”  Every place that we call home deserves our attention, passion, and commitment to equity for all.  We can aspire to change circumstances halfway around the world, but change also needs to happen in our backyards.  Your talents and skills are needed by your community, by our country, and by our planet to sustain us into the future.  You can find your place in the solution to some of our biggest societal challenges, and we encourage you to join us at ENGAGE this year to begin or continue your journey with other enthusiastic young people.
