Programs and Events

The Wellness Center hosts a number of programs and events during the school year to encourage the dimensions of wellness and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Annual programs include:

  • The Biggest Loser
  • Stress Less
  • Ladies Night
  • Nutrition Matters
  • 5K Race
  • Wellness Wars

Group Exercise

The Wellness Center offers a variety of group exercise classes each semester. Classes begin the second week of each semester. Classes are free to members but do have a maximum number of participants allowed. Classes offered include Pilates, 20 Minute Abs, Zumba, and Yoga.
