The Admissions Campus Visit and Correspondence Coordinator position is a full-time 12-month position that reports directly to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions. The position is responsible for organizing and executing daily campus visits along with confirmation communication for each visit. This position is also responsible for preparing and executing daily mailings for the Office of Admissions along with the detailed execution of personalized acceptance processes that are critical to meeting enrollment targets.


  • Receive daily visit requests from prospective students
  • Organize and manage a daily visit calendar
  • Communicate with Admissions staff members about upcoming visits
  • Manage visit confirmation communication plan
  • Welcome campus visitors and review visit schedule
  • Communicate with campus ambassadors to ensure tour coverage
  • Manage admissions phone line
  • Organize monthly report of campus visitors
  • Manage office check requests and purchase orders
  • Coordinate all search, inquiry and acceptance sequence mailings
  • Manage and complete bulk mailing for the Office of Admissions
  • Prepare weekly acceptance packets to make ready to mail
  • Receive and process all Intent to Enroll and Housing Request Forms
  • Receive and process all enrollment deposits including communication with Student Accounts
  • Oversee work study students and graduate assistants assisting with mailings
  • Help assist in the creation and proofing of mailing materials
  • Complete address correction for returned mail
  • Assist in managing mail supply inventory
  • Other office duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite software and other forms of technology
  • Demonstrated success in working in a professional office environment
  • Ability to work independently and creatively to complete daily tasks
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
