Early Course Registration
West Virginia Wesleyan invites incoming freshmen students to receive exclusive access to Early Course Registration! This process can only be completed by students who have submitted their Intent to Enroll and Housing Request Form and enrollment deposit. If you are an accepted freshman for the fall 2021 semester but haven’t submitted your Intent to Enroll and Housing Request Form you can complete it now by clicking here.
Early Course Registration will give you the first and best opportunity to build your course schedule for the fall! This process will be conducted virtually but done the Wesleyan way—with faculty and staff advisors hand-selecting a schedule just for you based on your input, schedule, and experiences. Here’s how it will work:

- On Monday, April 12th, the Course Preregistration Form will go live on this page. This is a simple form that lets you input your choices, major, and other information you’d like us to know. Ahead of the form going live, the Admissions team will contact you via text and email to remind you to work on the form! Submissions will be accepted until 4:30 PM on April 21st.
- On Saturday April 24th, Faculty and Staff will be busy at work building a schedule tailored just to you. Our experts will use the information you’ve provided to craft your schedule. Each will give you individualized feedback, opening up communication opportunities throughout the summer.
- On the Week of April 26th, we will ship your schedule to you! This packet will also include next steps and access to video modules and other pre-orientation information informing you about bill payment, book purchases, and much more. You’ll have your first semester schedule in-hand and will have all of the tools to prepare you for the Wesleyan experience!
- If you have any college credits, dual credits, ACT/SAT scores or Advanced Placement scores, it is important you provide them by April 21st at the latest. You can email unofficial or official copies to email@example.com.
After the early period ends on April 21st, we won’t re-open the process until May 15th. We recommend students complete the early process for best course placement. Please contact the office of admissions at 304-473-8510 if you have any questions.
Virtual Student Development Event
Join Student Development staff members from Campus Life, Student Success, Center for Community Engagement, Multicultural Affairs and others on April 20th or April 27th at 6:30pm to learn more about the Wesleyan student experience outside of the classroom. This session will provide an overview of student activities and student support as well as give an opportunity for prospective students to ask questions.
