Fall Registration Schedule 2025

    Opens: Saturday, August 16, 8 a.m.
    Closes: Sunday, August 17, midnight
    *Fall 2025 New students (new freshmen & transfers) will be registering on Sunday, August 17 at 9:45 a.m. during the scheduled FYEX meeting as noted on the Orientation Schedule located on the website

    LATE REGISTRATION
    (Subject to a $100 late fee)
    Monday, August 18 – Friday, August 22, 4:30 p.m. via RegAssist

  • Holds

    Students with holds need to make payment arrangements before they will be cleared to register. Students with holds can make payment via Self-Service. Information on payment plans or how to make payment is located on the website under Students Accounts at https://www.wvwc.edu/student-accounts/.

    Student Accounts and Financial Aid Offices will be available at the following times:
    Saturday, August 16 8:00 – noon Rockefeller Gymnasium, 2nd Floor balcony
    Monday, August 18 8:00 – 4:00 p.m. Offices open regular hours, 1st Floor Administration Building

  • Refund Information

    Once registration has been processed, students who withdraw are subject to the following refund schedule:
    Fall Semester 2025 Student Responsibility
    August 18, 2025 – August 31, 2025 20% of tuition
    September 1, 2025 – September 14, 2025 40% of tuition
    September 15, 2025 – September 28, 2025 60% of tuition
    After September 28, 2025 100% of tuition

All students must officially register for the fall 2025 term online via RegAssist. The RegAssist link is located on the Wesleyan homepage and all registered students will receive an email that includes the registration link the day registration opens. Upon successfully completing the process, students will receive an email confirmation to keep for their records. Technical issues need to be resolved by contacting helpdesk@wvwc.edu. Any student who fails to officially register during the official registration times outlined is subject to a $100 late registration fee.
