Before or after your 30-minute advising session, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our Pre-Orientation Stations. These stations are designed to help you get a head start on important summer tasks and make your arrival on campus in August smoother and faster.

At check-in, you’ll receive a Wesleyan Passport. Visit each station to collect a stamp and be entered for a chance to win a $100 textbook voucher.

What if I have not enrolled yet?

Students should complete their Intent to Enroll form before attending Course Registration Day. Submitting this form confirms your place in the incoming class and allows our team to prepare for your advising appointment and orientation experience.

If you have not yet committed, you can complete the form online at www.wvwc.edu/commit. Once submitted, you will be able to move forward with the RSVP and course preference steps for Course Registration Day.

What if I have a conflict or need to leave early?

Course Registration Day is designed to be efficient and flexible. When completing the RSVP form, you may note if you need an earlier advising appointment. Advising appointments begin at 9:30 AM and take place in 30-minute increments between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

Your specific advising time will be provided at check-in. Once you have completed your advising appointment, you are welcome to depart.

Are there sessions for parents?

Yes. While students attend their academic advising appointments, parents and families will have the opportunity to participate in a 30-minute Billing and Financial Aid session. This session is designed to help families better understand billing, financial aid, and payment processes before the semester begins.

Academic advising appointments are reserved for students only so they can work directly with their advisor to build their fall semester schedule.

Unable to attend?

We understand that not every student will be able to attend in person. All students must still complete the RSVP Form, even if you cannot attend.

After submitting the RSVP form, you will be redirected to the Course Preference Form, which all students are required to complete.

• If you attend on April 25, your academic advisor will use your responses to guide your advising appointment and schedule-building session.  You will receive a fall schedule at the event.

• If you are unable to attend, your advisor will use this information to build your fall semester schedule for you.  You will receive a fall schedule in mid-late May.
