The Graduate Assistant for the Office of Admissions is a 10-month graduate student position that reports to the Assistant Vice President of Admissions and Marketing
The GA has the following responsibilities in the Office of Admissions:
- Assist with data input, mailings, campus tours and other daily tasks within the Office of Admissions.
- Provide additional support during weekend admissions events (4-5 Saturdays).
- Work front desk operations as needed to answer phone calls for the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.
The position will begin on January 5, 2026 however, normally it is an August 1 – May 31 position. The graduate assistant will work 20 hours a week and must remain a full-time student and be in good academic standing.
