By car from I-79 Exit 99:
- Exit #99 onto US 33 East to Buckhannon (12 miles from I-79 to Buckhannon). • Exit US 33 East at Main Street Exit (exit on right).
- Turn right off of exit and drive ½ mile entering downtown Buckhannon
- Follow Main Street to College Avenue
- Take left onto College Avenue and Proceed to the stop sign
- Turn right at stop sign crossing the tracks onto Railroad Avenue
- Turn right at the end onto Camden Avenue and follow signage for parking
- *Handicap* Turn onto College Ave from Main Street, Make immediate right into Cebe Ross Dr. and continue straight, Make right turn at end for parking
- Requires placard or pre-registration
- Alternate Route from the East
- Exit US 33 at Route 20.
- Turn left onto Route 20 South
- Turn left onto Main Street entering downtown Buckhannon
- Follow Main Street to College Avenue

Baccalaureate Speaker
Rev. Dr. Matthew Paugh
Rev. Dr. Matthew Paugh is the Senior Pastor of Bridgeport United Methodist Church in Bridgeport, West Virginia. A native of Kitzmiller, Maryland, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from Messiah College, a Master of Divinity from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Wesley Theological Seminary, and is currently pursuing Ph.D. studies at Bangor University.Matthew has served in pastoral ministry in Maryland and West Virginia and previously taught Bible and Theology at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. He has also contributed to ministerial education through teaching in the West Virginia Extension Course of Study and in lay ministry training across the Conference.
He and his wife, Melissa, and their son, Isaiah, live in Bridgeport, where he enjoys preaching, teaching, and helping others connect faith with everyday life.
