BUCKHANNON, West Virginia — West Virginia Wesleyan College (WVWC) is pleased to announce Andrew Stacy as its new Director of Marketing and Communications.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew to our Home Among the Hills,” President James Moore said. “He brings strong strategic communications experience and a demonstrated ability to reach new audiences. He will help us tell Wesleyan’s story to prospective students, current students, alumni and others in dynamic and compelling ways.”

Bringing 17 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing to the role, Stacy will oversee WVWC’s institutional marketing and communications efforts, including brand strategy, media relations, digital communications, and social media, while leading other major marketing and communications initiatives. He will work collaboratively with departments across campus to support enrollment, advancement, athletics, student affairs, and other areas of the College.

“I’m joining a storied institution with a foundational mission, a legacy of academic excellence and a clear vision for what’s ahead,” Stacy said. “I’m excited to work with President Moore, campus leadership, and faculty and staff to tell that story in new ways that connect with prospective students, families, alumni, and the people and communities we serve.”
