West Virginia Wesleyan College (“WVWC”) websites provide access to WVWC information resources and external information sources that support teaching, learning, marketing, and the administration of WVWC. Information is provided by Marketing & Communications, Information Technology Services, Athletics, Alumni and Donor Engagement, and the Annie Merner Pfeiffer Library, together with various WVWC administrative areas, faculty, staff, and students.
WVWC accepts no responsibility for content on servers not maintained by WVWC that are linked from pages on WVWC’s servers.
WVWC does not collect personally identifiable information about you when you use its websites unless you enter information when requesting a specific action from WVWC. When you enter personally identifiable information, WVWC will only use that information for the intended purpose and will not otherwise distribute or use your identifying data.
WVWC does identify and track your IP address and uses tracking technology such as cookies and pixels. WVWC does allow third-party service providers to track visitor activities to improve user experience. WVWC and third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technology to place advertisements for WVWC across the internet and to target advertisements for goods and services.

Authorized WVWC personnel may send text messages through multiple third-party service providers with updates, alerts, and important information. If you opt-in to receive text messages from WVWC, your mobile information will be used strictly by such authorized personnel to provide you with requested updates, alerts, or information. Your mobile information, including opt-in data and consent status for WVWC’s messaging programs, will never be shared in contravention of WVWC’s Privacy Policies, sold, or rented to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for any purpose.
